Ponderosa - Standard Features
The following is a list of standard features you'll find on most of our trailers that the competition usually charges extra for, or does not offer. Contact us for more information about any horse or stock trailers you see or for custom order information.
- Rubber torsion axles (5 year warranty on suspension)
- E-Z lube bearings
- New brand name radial tires on units under 12k gvw. 8 ply tires on 14k gvw
- White spoke wheels
- Acrylic enamel paint- 2 coats primer, 2 coats paint
- Clearcoatng
- Painted and primed with state of the art electrostatic paint systems.
- Two stage paint prep trailers are steam pressure washed then solvent washed prior to priming.
- Standard width is 6 feet. Standard height is 6'6".
- Adjustable coupler on goosenecks
- Side to side floor. Tongue and groove three lengthwise floor supports in addition to cross members.
- Cambered roof bows
- Drip rail on roof
- Tie rings inside and out
- Boxed tongue on all bumper pulls
- Spare tire rack
- Crimped sides for added strength
- Top brand name parts such as: cooper, bulldog, hammer-blow, sureguard/valspar, al-ko, bargman, etc.
- Undercoating under fenders and running boards
- Separate ground wire, wires connected with wire clips and pigtail has wiring loom instead of black tape.
- Full pin striping
- Dot approved lighting, inside dome light standard full front, fender, belly chrome and gravel guard
- Warranty and care manual supplied
- All units are quality control inspected throughout manufacture and upon completion.
- All bus windows are black trimmed.
Vans now include inside silicone, and bus window inside trim rings.
